(English version) Rules & Regulations

(Violating these rules may result in immediate expulsion without a refund and/or police prosecution)

1. Respect for Instructors and Fellow Students – All students must show respect to instructors, staff, and classmates at all times. Any form of rudeness, foul language, illegal behavior, or disrespectful behavior in class, via online platforms including Facebook Messenger, LINE chat, or our Facebook Page, will result in immediate dismissal and referred to the police.​

 

2. No Disruptions During Lessons – It is recommended that students should maintain a quiet and focused learning environment. Any disruptive behavior or interfering with the class may disturbed other students, so please be considerate.

3. Punctuality and Attendance – Students should arrive on time and attend all scheduled classes. For students who prefer to watch Zoom recordings, no more than one week should pass without reviewing them.

​​

4. Compliance with Thinkin Café copyright – Students must not share any course materials with other individuals. Any failure to comply will lead to expulsion, and civil prosecution.

​​

5. Professional and Courteous Conduct – Verbal bullying, foul language, arguing, aggressive behavior, cyber bullying, intimidation, manipulating, prejudicial bullying, sexual bullying, or any form of harassment is considered not accepted — whether in person or online. This will lead to immediate expulsion from the course and referred to the police.

6. If a phone call is necessary, these will be recorded. All Zoom lessons, appointments and online platform communication are also recorded. These will be uploaded to our online platform.

Do not bully, use impolite language, or use offensive language towards students or staff. Students will be expelled in such cases. These actions may also lead to prosecution by authorities. Therefore, please treat each other with respect.

​

If a person is found to have violated Rules & Regulations (1), (4), or (5), we may take legal action under the Thai Criminal Code (Sections 326-328), the Computer Crimes Act (2007), and other applicable laws.

​

Additionally, we will submit this information to a Commonwealth embassy. When applying for a visa to Australia, the UK, New Zealand, or Canada, your character is strictly assessed. In such cases, we will provide the embassy with a character assessment and supporting evidence, which may include a police report, to help prevent future visa approvals. Since Commonwealth embassies share visa history and information, this can lead to a visa refusal.

Key laws include Australia’s Migration Act 1958 (Section 501), the UK’s Immigration Rules (Part 9), New Zealand’s Immigration Act 2009 (Sections 15 & 16), and Canada’s IRPA (Section 34-37).

​

At Thinkin Cafe, respect is mandatory—any misconduct will be reported to the police and relevant embassies.

(การละเมิดกฎเหล่านี้อาจส่งผลให้ถูกไล่ออกทันทีโดยไม่มีการคืนเงิน และ/หรือถูกดำเนินคดีทางกฎหมาย)

1. ให้ความเคารพต่อผู้สอนและเพื่อนนักเรียน – นักเรียนทุกคนต้องให้ความเคารพต่อผู้สอน เจ้าหน้าที่ และเพื่อนร่วมชั้นอยู่เสมอ ห้ามใช้วาจาหยาบคาย พฤติกรรมไม่เหมาะสม ผิดกฎหมาย หรือแสดงความไม่เคารพทั้งในชั้นเรียน และผ่านแพลตฟอร์มออนไลน์ รวมถึง Facebook Messenger, LINE Chat หรือ Facebook Page ของเรา หากฝ่าฝืนจะถูกไล่ออกจากคอร์สทันทีและอาจถูกดำเนินคดีทางกฎหมาย

2. ห้ามรบกวนระหว่างเรียน – นักเรียนควรรักษาสภาพแวดล้อมการเรียนรู้ที่เงียบสงบและมีสมาธิ พฤติกรรมที่ก่อให้เกิดความรบกวนหรือขัดขวางการเรียนของผู้อื่นอาจส่งผลกระทบต่อเพื่อนร่วมชั้นได้ โปรดมีความเกรงใจและให้ความร่วมมือ

3. ตรงต่อเวลาและเข้าเรียนสม่ำเสมอ – นักเรียนควรมาตรงเวลาและเข้าร่วมทุกคลาสเรียนที่กำหนดไว้ สำหรับนักเรียนที่ต้องการดูวิดีโอบันทึกการสอนทาง Zoom ไม่ควรปล่อยให้เวลาผ่านไปเกินหนึ่งสัปดาห์โดยไม่ได้เข้าชม​

 

4. ปฏิบัติตามลิขสิทธิ์ของ Thinkin Café อย่างเคร่งครัด – นักเรียนห้ามแชร์เอกสารการเรียนหรือเนื้อหาคอร์สให้กับบุคคลภายนอก หากฝ่าฝืนจะถูกไล่ออกจากคอร์สและถูกดำเนินคดีทางกฎหมาย

5. มีมารยาทและความเป็นมืออาชีพ – การกลั่นแกล้งทางวาจา การใช้คำหยาบ การทะเลาะวิวาท พฤติกรรมก้าวร้าว การกลั่นแกล้งทางไซเบอร์ การข่มขู่ การบิดเบือนข้อเท็จจริง การเลือกปฏิบัติ การคุกคามทางเพศ หรือการคุกคามในทุกรูปแบบทั้งในชีวิตจริงและออนไลน์ ถือเป็นสิ่งที่ไม่สามารถยอมรับได้ การกระทำดังกล่าวจะส่งผลให้ถูกไล่ออกจากคอร์สทันทีและอาจถูกส่งต่อให้ตำรวจดำเนินคดี

6. หากจำเป็นต้องมีการโทรศัพท์ การสนทนาจะถูกบันทึกไว้ บทเรียนและการนัดหมายทั้งหมดทาง Zoom ก็จะถูกบันทึกเช่นกัน และจะถูกอัปโหลดไปยังแพลตฟอร์มออนไลน์ของเรา

ห้ามกลั่นแกล้ง ใช้คำหยาบ หรือใช้ภาษาที่ไม่เหมาะสมกับนักเรียนหรือเจ้าหน้าที่ นักเรียนที่ละเมิดกฎเหล่านี้จะถูกไล่ออกทันที และการกระทำดังกล่าวอาจนำไปสู่การดำเนินคดีทางกฎหมาย โปรดให้เกียรติซึ่งกันและกัน
